RATES
Indivial room rate is based on single or double occupancy.
Full villa rate is for 10 people occupancy.
All rates are subject to 20% taxes (16% federal taxes and 4% state taxes) plus a 10% service charge.
Extra person has an additional cost according to the season.
GUARANTEE POLICY (FOR SINGLE ROOM OR FULL VILLA)
A 2 (Two) night deposit is required at time of booking and it is refundable according to the rate cancellation policy.
CANCEL POLICY LOW SEASON
Reservations must be cancelled by 3PM (local time) 14 days prior to arrival to avoid 2 nights penalty fee.
CANCEL POLICY HIGH SEASON
Reservations must be cancelled by 3PM (local time) 28 days prior to arrival to avoid 2 nights penalty fee.
