Our private villa, decorated in a rustic Mexican style, features 5 spacious bedrooms; each bedroom has a king-size bed, private bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fan, minibar, vanity mirror, hairdryer, towels, and daily housekeeping service.Prices vary according to the season

Breakfast included in the rate (set menu). Lunch and dinner available at an additional cost. (Must be requested in advance. Prices vary depending on the menu selected.) We offer recommended options for food delivery. We recommend nearby restaurants.

Payment Methods
Bank transfer. Deposit to our account in pesos and dollars. Via payment link. Visa and MasterCard are accepted directly at the villa.
Terms & Conditions
RATES
Indivial room rate is based on single or double occupancy.
Full villa rate is for 10 people occupancy.
All rates are subject to 20% taxes (16% federal taxes and 4% state taxes) plus a 10% service charge.
Extra person has an additional cost according to the season.
GUARANTEE POLICY (FOR SINGLE ROOM OR FULL VILLA)
A 2 (Two) night deposit is required at time of booking and it is refundable according to the rate cancellation policy.
CANCEL POLICY LOW SEASON
Reservations must be cancelled by 3PM (local time) 14 days prior to arrival to avoid 2 nights penalty fee.
CANCEL POLICY HIGH SEASON
Reservations must be cancelled by 3PM (local time) 28 days prior to arrival to avoid 2 nights penalty fee.
