RATES
Rates are in USD, per night for single or double occupancy, subject to 19% taxes (16% federal tax & 3% state tax) and 10% service fee which includes all gratuities during the stay.
Third person in room – $50 USD plus 19% taxes and 10% service fee / per night.
DEPOSIT POLICY (VILLA)
January 3rd to March 31st: 50% of the total cost is required at time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 45 days prior to the arrival date.
April 01st to December 19th: A 2-night deposit is required at time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 28 days prior to the arrival date.
December 20th to January 2nd: 50% of the total cost is required at time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 60 days prior to the arrival date.
CANCELLATION POLICY (VILLA)
January 3rd to March 31st: 45 days before the arrival date in order to avoid the forfeiture of deposit.
April 01st to December 19th: 28 days before the arrival date in order to avoid the forfeiture of deposit.
December 20th to January 2nd: 60 days before the arrival date in order to avoid the forfeiture of deposit.
NO-SHOW AND EARLY DEPARTURES POLICY
In case of a No-Show or an early departure the full cost of the reservation will be charged as penalty.
